A D-SNP is designed for individuals who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. These plans provide the same Medicare benefits as other Johns Hopkins Advantage MD plans, with added services such as dental, vision, hearing, transportation, quarterly over-the-counter allowances, and more — all with $0 monthly premiums and no deductibles.
